Stephen King

This book carving is completely one of a kind. I will not repeat images. What you see are the actual pages in the book. My process is to take away pages or portions of pages. This is all done by hand...xacto blades, tweezer and my glasses.

The outside of the book is bound (glued) shut so that it is one solid piece. The cover is free to open and close.  

This carving holds a special place in my heart. When I was in high school, I read TONS of Stephen King…scared myself to bits, but I love his work. This book contains 3 novels, “Carrie”, “Salem’s Lot” and “The Shinning.”  I simply could not choose between the 3. So I decided to expose important/significant lines from each novel. Everything that you can see, you are meant to read. This is also the only carving I have completed that does not have an image within it.

Can be displayed on any shelf, table, mantle, dresser, etc...
